Responsibilities:

• Consulting western clients in tax matters (all taxes (mainly profit tax, VAT, personal income tax, social security contributions) application of double tax treaties, tax administration and procedures)
• Review of contracts and other documents from tax and accountancy point of view
• Monitor legislation changes, advise and prepare updates for businesses on tax procedures, tax law amendments and general presentations to share tax-related knowledge
• Internal consulting of accountants on current tax and accountant issues
• Identification of transfer pricing risks, preparation of transfer pricing documentation, support to accountants in preparing transfer pricing notification, consulting clients in transfer pricing and double taxation matters
• Participating in financial and tax due diligence projects
• Leading various tax projects for external clients
• Structuring of intra-group transactions in compliance with the Russian transfer pricing and tax legislation and international principles
• Participation in various projects for external clients regarding tax issues

Key requirements to qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Auditing / Tax / Transfer Pricing within Big 4 or local auditing companies
• Extensive transfer pricing knowledge
• Profound knowledge of Russian tax law and application of double tax treaties
• Knowledge of Russian accounting standards
• Experience in working with/consulting of foreign companies and their subsidiaries in Russia
• Fluent English and German
• Good communication skills
• Ability to supervise several projects simultaneously
