Legal Manager (Tax&Legal Department, Consulting).

The Tax and Legal Department of Mazars in Russia is currently looking for a Legal Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects on corporate legal advisory and legal due diligence
• Participating in business development of the department (drafting newsletters, proposals, etc.)
• Building clients relationships: attending meetings, presenting legal topics at external events
• Managing legal team (supervising Seniors, Juniors)

Profile:

• Higher education in Russian law is a must, LLM (LLM in progress) or PhD in law is an advantage
• Consulting experience over 3 years is a must
• Experience with an international law firm is a strong advantage
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills in Russian and English
• Fluency in French/German/Chinese is an advantage
• Aim to deliver technical excellence
• Ability to lead and educate junior staff
• High commitment to work
• Strong team player
