Responsibilities:
∙ Legal examination and preparation of corporate documentation and other internal docs of the company.
∙, drafting of contracts, additional agreements, official letters to state authorities, customers, and other counterparties.
∙ Ad hoc advise on legal matters arising in the company.
∙ Representation of the company in court and other state bodies.
∙ Preparation and check of claims arising out of the company operations.
∙ Legal assistance to the departments of the company.
∙ Monitoring of current legislation and its application.
∙ Legal assistance in projects of the company.

Requirements:
∙ Higher legal education (preferably state university)
∙ Good knowledge of English is a must
∙ Profound knowledge and experience in the field of civil, labor, corporate, and trade law.
∙ Good personal skills: responsible, active, communicative, diligent with a flexible thinking
