The Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is located in the heart of the city and the building itself is a reflection of a legendary former Moskva Hotel back in 1935.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming the guests in the Lobby in an efficient and friendly manner;
• Assisting customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner (both in person and by phone);
• Handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible ascertaining guest satisfaction;
• Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies;
• Resolving customer complaints;
• Assisting Front Office team with arrival and departure experience;
• Assisting Guest Experience team with daily tasks;
• Coordinating among all departments for seamless execution of service.

Requirements:

• Guest oriented and a natural attitude towards providing excellent communication& interpersonal skills;
• Relevant experience in 4/5* hotel;
• Fluent Russian and English both verbally and written is A MUST, Second foreign language is an advantage;
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative.
