BrandMonitor is an IT product company specializing in anti-counterfeiting and unauthorized use of trademarks for the world's leading companies.

Our clients include companies like New Balance, Dyson, L'Oreal, Ray-Ban, LG, Vans and 400+ other international brands in segments ranging from luxury accessories and apparel to electronics and automotive.

We created a robust B2B SaaS platform that combines IT and legal expertise to effectively address IP infringements.

We are also a one-stop platform for anti-counterfeiting: from online to retail outlets, from customs and borders to litigation. Our reach knows no boundaries — we operate globally in 80+ countries.

We are growing rapidly, expanding our client team and are on the lookout for a customer success specialist

What we expect:

• Experience:

1. working in customer service (2 years or more)

2. creating and implementing processes

3. dealing with conflict clients

4. setting tasks and monitoring fulfillment

5. Formation of technical specifications based on the client's request

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point — both required)

• Written and oral communication

• Presentation skills

• Skills in conducting meetings to achieve a given result

• Project management skills (organization, structuring, communication, control, responsibility for results).

What you will be doing:

• Full 360 support of entrusted clients

• Qualitative processing of client requests (verbal and written)

• Coordination of activity within the company regarding customer requests

• Maintain and manage documentation of client interactions

• Record, update, and manage client data in internal systems

• Maintaining document management with the client
