Purpose of this role is to provide best in class Sales Force Effectiveness business partnership support to Self Care business unit in Consumer Health Division in regular Sales Incentive Program (Scorecards). The role directly reports to SFE Head.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate, transparent and timely bonus calculation on a regular basis for the relevant sales lines accordingly;
  • Consolidation of scorecards, bonus calculation in according with relevant Sales Incentive Programs (Scorecards);
  • Support for sales force employees in terms of consolidation and validation data, appeals, adjustments, etc;
  • Participation in the development and updating of the Sales Incentive Program (Scorecards);
  • Development of the bonus calculation system;
  • Analysis of performance indicators;
  • Preparation of regular and unscheduled reporting on key performance indicators in terms of the Sales Incentive Program (Scorecards);
  • Participation in cross-functional projects aimed to improve the effectiveness of sales force.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in commercial analytics or bonus calculation or C&B functions in FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical industry;
  • Experience in development and implementation of SFE KPIs for Sales organization, analytics, insights in terms of sale force effectiveness;
  • Experience in MS SQL, Power BI and\or Tableau;
  • Experience in MS Excel, Power Point (creation business reports, analytics, insights);
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration;
  • Experience in Sales and/or IT solutions/optimization, Pyton programming skills are an advantage;
  • Upper-intermediate English.
