Key Responsibilities:
· Media support for Self Care portfolio (9 brands), TV, co- promo, special projects
· Strategic media planning – identify effective media solutions and ROI based media mix for each brand
· Development of consumer centric maps
· Measuring effectiveness of media campaigns
· Identifying innovative media solutions to resolve current business tasks
· Verification of prices for media instruments (TV, co-promo etc)
· Coordinate media agencies day-to-day communications with marketing, trade marketing and research teams
· Coordination of media deals for TV, co-promo
· Coordination of media pitch, buying and performance audit or current placements in TV, co promo
· Coordinating business partners and team members to provide them consistent mentorship to reach and exceed they goals
· Reporting to local and regional colleagues
· Trends monitoring
Qualifications Required:
· Advanced marketing experience preferable
· Expertise in media infrastructure (at least 2 years on the similar role ih FMCG, pharma or media agency)
· Good understanding of end to end journey orchestration is preferable
· Fluency in English required
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellence in execution approach required
· Result orientation required
