Legal Counsel

Main accountabilities:

• Overall support of business activities
• Internal processes compliance (policies, orders, regulations relevant to the supported scope)
• Contractual work: drafting, revision, approval and negotiation of contracts
• Leading related projects, conducting internal trainings
• Participating in arbitration and litigation
• Representation in the industry associations in relation to respective legislative initiatives

Requirements:

• Top tier university degree in law
• 3+ years of working job-related experience in international legal department and\or law firm
• Excellent knowledge of civil, labor, administrative laws, civil procedure and arbitration rules
• English (at least upper intermediate level, both written and verbal)
• Strong presentation and communicational skills, organizational, analytical and negotiation skills
• Readiness to travel up to 5% of working time
