Purpose of this role is to provide best in class Sales Force Effectiveness business partnership support and actionable insights to Self Сare business unit in Consumer Health Division in sales lines and services of merchandizing and detailing (pharmacies, HCP). The role directly reports to SFE Head.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales force effectiveness and proactive monitoring, analysis & providing with insights, delivering reporting and analytics requirements of the business;
  • Create and implement the methodology and criteria in sales force effectiveness assessment regarding global and local commercial strategy;
  • Analytics and implementation of sales force resource allocation (deployment);
  • Create and implement the methodology of segmentation and targeting of customers;
  • Deliver actionable insights and interpretation based on raw and aggregated data. Partner with the business unit to constantly improve insights quality;
  • Use multiple cross functional data sources as one-version-of-the-truth reporting for the business unit;
  • Actively participate in end-to-end planning, various business reviews, meeting, projects, annual/quarterly target setting process for the business unit with analytics and insights;
  • Work closely with the business unit to scope business needs, KPIs, constantly monitor in-market and Company`s best practices in sales force effectiveness, analytics and tools. Develop a mid-term view on analytics opportunities and tactical & strategic areas of focus;
  • Work with third party vendors and the Company`s global resources to develop new tools and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial analytics and insights in FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical industry;
  • Experience in development and implementation of SFE KPIs for Sales organization, analytics, insights in terms of sale force effectiveness;
  • Experience in Sales and/or IT solutions optimization is a plus;
  • Experience in MS SQL, Power BI and\or Tableau;
  • Experience in MS Power Point (creation business reports, analytics, insights);
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration;
  • Upper-intermediate English is a must.
