Purpose of this role is to provide best in class Sales Force Effectiveness, decision making support and actionable insights to Self Сare and Mass business units in Consumer Health Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility to ensure sales force effectiveness and for delivering reporting and analytics requirements of the business;
  • Deliver actionable insights and interpretation based on raw and aggregated data. Partner with the business units to constantly improve insights quality;
  • Integrate multiple cross functional data sources for one-version-of-the-truth reporting for the business units;
  • Actively participate in end-to-end planning, various business reviews, meeting, projects, annual/quarterly target setting process for the business units with analytics and insights;
  • Work closely with the business units to scope business needs, constantly monitor in-market and Company`s global best practices in commercial analytics and tools. Develop a long-term view on analytics opportunities and strategic areas of focus;
  • Develop, maintain, and periodically enhance integrated data collection and analytical solutions;
  • Work with third party vendors and the Company`s global resources to develop new tools and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial analytics and insights in FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical industry;
  • Minimum 3 years as a team manager;
  • Experience in Sales and/or IT solutions optimization is a plus;
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study;
  • Fluent English is a must.
