Dealer support specialist (analyst)

Our client, one of the world leaders in the field of electronics manufacturing, is looking for a Dealer support specialist (analyst)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of analytical reports, consulting trading partners;
• Monitoring requests from trading partners regarding repair times for LDU\RDU goods, preventing repair delays;
• Initiating approval for the description or repair of goods based on warranty conditions in reasonable requests established by trading partners;
• Selection and control of partner service centers from the list of authorized service centers for equipment repair;
• Processing electronic requests and document flow;
• Preparation of official responses and conclusions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an analyst for at least 3 years;
• Excel — at a high level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas). Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage;
• Written and verbal English (B1);
• Higher education;
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Good organizational and time management skills.
