Junior marketing specialist

ManpowerGroup in Russia and the CIS and our client, an American pharmaceutical company, are looking for a junior marketing specialist

Обязанности:

• Administrative support: Consumer Marketing team document flow control, work with invoices’ payments, organizing meetings
• Communicate with employees/external contacts, administer circulation of information
• Produce own correspondence, reports, minutes, etc.
• Working with J&J corporate systems on creative materials approvals
• Contacts with other departments to support the internal projects and initiatives, requiring extensive horizontal co-operation
• Support in marketing projects (e.g. development of creative materials: pack shots, key visuals, e-com material, etc)

• Previous experience on an administrative position
• Previous experience as a junior brand manager / marketing trainee is a plus (1 year +)
• University degree in Marketing, Economics
• Good oral and written communication skills: English language knowledge is a must — upper-intermediate; Russian language proficiency and literacy
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook — confident user

• Territory: Business center Krylatskiy Hills;
• Manpower fix-term contract (outsorce), 6 Months +;
• Working time: 5/2 since 9.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m.;
• Salary 110 000 — 130.000 gross;
